Job Introduction
A reputed FMCG company in Kuwait is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join immediately. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with Visa 18 (Transferable) will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality control.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company regulations.
- Report any technical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience as a Machine Operator (preferably in the FMCG industry).
- Knowledge of machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must have Visa 18 (Transferable).
