Material Control Specialist

A company in Fahaheel is seeking a male candidate for the role of Material Control Specialist. This position involves managing materials within the company’s store or material department, ensuring accurate records, and maintaining stock levels. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, possess strong communication skills, and have relevant experience in material handling or store management.

Duties

• Oversee and manage inventory, ensuring all materials are properly documented and stored.
• Use MS Excel to track stock levels, monitor inventory movement, and generate reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inspections to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors as required for material procurement.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in material control or store management.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Excel; strong communication skills; spoken Arabic is a plus.
• Residency: Must hold a transferable visa in Kuwait.
