We are urgently hiring a Meet & Greet Representative cum Driver to join our team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional driving and customer service, ensuring smooth transportation services while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, guests, or company personnel upon arrival and departure.
- Drive company personnel, clients, or VIP guests to designated locations safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent working condition, ensuring cleanliness and routine maintenance.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies regarding transportation and safety.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers.
- Assist passengers with luggage, directions, or any special requests as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle service reports.
- Ensure knowledge of routes, traffic regulations, and alternative routes for timely travel.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in driving and customer service.
- License: Must possess a valid Heavy Kuwait Driver’s License.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Appearance: Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Local Knowledge: Thorough understanding of all areas in Kuwait.
- Visa Type: Must hold a Commercial Visa/Project Visa.
- Availability: Candidates should be available to join immediately.
