Key Responsibilities:
For Sales Associate (Part-Time):
- Assist customers in selecting and locating products.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and clean.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain product knowledge.
- Report inventory shortages or customer feedback to the supervisor.
For Full-Time Helper:
- Support daily store operations and assist in unloading and stocking products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and displays.
- Perform general store duties as required.
- Assist in packing or preparing online or in-store customer orders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in grocery or convenience stores.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work the full shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a Korean or Asian grocery store.
- Knowledge of Korean or other Asian food products.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or retail software.
