Pastry Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our dynamic team at Central Kitchen in Al Qurain, Kuwait. Duties

• Create a diverse range of cakes and pastries to delight our customers.
• Develop and execute specialty coffee sweets that complement our beverage offerings.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation in all baked goods.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and refine new recipes.
• Ensure that all baked items are produced efficiently and meet the established timeframes.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong creativity and a passion for dessert-making.
• In-depth knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within the kitchen team.
