We are urgently hiring a Payroll Officer with experience in the Odoo ERP system to join our team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in payroll processing, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Monthly Payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage Payroll in Odoo ERP and ensure seamless operation.
- Calculate Salaries, Deductions, and Benefits as per company policy.
- Ensure Compliance with Kuwait labor laws regarding salary payments.
- Handle Employee Salary Queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Generate Payroll Reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with HR & Finance Teams for accurate payroll management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in payroll processing.
- Technical Skills: Must have experience with Odoo ERP payroll module.
- Visa: 18# Transferable Visa Required.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
