Job Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator & Sales Representative who is capable of operating UV Printers and Engraving Machines. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, sales, and marketing. This is a partnership-based opportunity, where instead of a salary, the selected candidate will receive 50% of the company’s monthly income.
This role is best suited for self-driven individuals who can manage both machine operations and sales efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing & Sales: Identify new customers, promote printing services, and generate sales.
- Closing Deals: Independently manage and finalize business transactions.
- Machine Operation: Operate and maintain UV Printers and Engraving Machines.
- Business Growth: Act as a business partner, contributing to company expansion.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (for designing and editing prints).
- Experience in printing and engraving machine operation.
