Job Introduction
An Exterior Paint Contracting Company in Kuwait is urgently hiring a Project Manager to oversee villa and residential building projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in paint contracting, construction, and interior decoration management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee exterior painting projects for villas and residential buildings.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise on-site workers and ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and financial planning.
- Identify and resolve project challenges to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager in villa and residential building projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in paint contracting, construction, and interior decoration management.
- Nationality: Arabs only (as per company requirement).
- Visa Type: Visa 18 (Ahli) (Transferable).
- Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
