As the Purchase & Logistics Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Procurement Management:
- Issue Request for Quotations (RFQs), solicit quotations, and raise purchase orders based on internal requisitions.
- Negotiate terms with both local and international suppliers including price, payment terms, delivery deadlines, and expectations to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Ensure materials and products meet company specifications.
- Logistics & Freight Management:
- Plan and execute logistics activities, ensuring the nomination of the freight forwarder and the selection of appropriate shipment methods to meet both budget and delivery expectations.
- Prepare all required shipping documentation to guarantee proper delivery and compliance.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Maintain close communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, agents, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery and management of materials.
- Monitor the entire supply chain from procurement to delivery, ensuring no delays and resolving any issues that arise during the process.

✅ Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with hands-on involvement in procurement and freight management.
- Software Proficiency: Comfortable working with ERP systems, inventory control, and MS Office applications.
- Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; Arabic will be considered a plus.
