📌 Job Responsibilities:

✅ Research and source new suppliers and vendors.
✅ Negotiate cost-effective contracts and deals for materials, products, and services.
✅ Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
✅ Maintain quality standards for purchased products.
✅ Update and manage procurement records, invoices, and stock levels.
✅ Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage and inventory management.
✅ Prepare purchase reports, including cost analysis.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities.
✅ Work closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
✔️ Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
✔️ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✔️ Understanding of supply chain procedures and procurement processes.
✔️ FMCG industry experience is a must.
