Job Responsibilities

🔹 Monitor and implement QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP, and method statements.
🔹 Ensure necessary inspections and tests are performed as per project requirements.
🔹 Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel on quality-related matters.
🔹 Liaise with clients and third-party inspectors to conduct quality inspections.
🔹 Ensure corrective actions for any identified quality issues.
🔹 Inspect and verify welding and piping system installations.
🔹 Review material receiving inspection to meet quality standards.
🔹 Maintain accurate records and reports on all quality checks and inspections.
🔹 Ensure calibration of equipment and compliance with safety protocols.
🔹 Prepare final quality dossiers and test packs for project completion.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Welding, Piping, or Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Minimum 10 years of construction site experience in oil & gas or industrial projects.
✔ Knowledge of international codes such as ASME Sec I, V, VIII, IX, ANSI B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API 620/650, and AWS D1.1.
✔ Strong understanding of piping and support installation.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
✔ Strong communication skills (written and oral).
