Job Introduction
We are looking for a Quality Control Incharge to oversee and ensure the highest standards in booth builds, setup, and operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving, ensuring that booths meet quality, safety, and structural requirements. This role requires close coordination with teams, vendors, and event organizers to maintain booth quality, fire safety, cleanliness, modifications, and overall maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise booth construction and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor structural integrity, electrical systems, modifications, painting, and finishing.
- Implement and enforce fire safety measures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks before and during events.
- Identify and resolve any booth-related issues proactively.
- Work closely with event teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure all booth-related needs are met.
- Coordinate booth maintenance and modifications as required.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks with no last-minute issues during events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background: Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in quality control, event management, operations, or booth setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with teams.
- Experience in working with multiple teams and vendors to ensure timely execution.
