2. Responsibilities
As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Onsite Installation and Repair: Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks to ensure our IT assets are fully operational.
- Diagnosing Issues: Identify errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions quickly and effectively.
- Performing Repairs: Carry out onsite repairs of various IT equipment, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Service Reporting: Produce detailed and timely service reports to keep track of your work and provide updates to management.
- Following Protocols: Adhere to all company procedures and protocols to ensure compliance and safety during operations.
- Field Service Experience: Utilize your proven field service experience to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment effectively.
- Communication: Communicate in English effectively, enabling you to interact with clients and colleagues efficiently.
- Adaptability: Work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules as needed.
- Familiarity with Tools: Be familiar with mobile tools and applications to assist in your daily tasks.
- Driving License: Hold a valid Kuwait driving license, which is an advantage.

- Technical Education: A technical degree or certification in IT or a related field is preferred.

- Driving License: A valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
- Visa Status: Candidates must hold a transferable Visa No. 18.
