Job Introduction

Blooms International Co. is urgently seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to oversee the distribution processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a full-time position, and candidates must have a valid transferable 18 visa in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily distribution operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams.
• Monitor shipping schedules and resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare reports and analyze distribution performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain coordination is an advantage.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
