Job Introduction

Key Responsibilities
Cook
- Prepare and cook food items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Kitchen Helper
- Assist cooks in food preparation and kitchen tasks.
- Wash, chop, and store ingredients properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized.
- Support other team members as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques (for cooks).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen operations.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
