We are seeking an experienced Waiter with billing knowledge to join our vibrant Indian restaurant team in Fahaheel. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. This full-time position requires familiarity with restaurant operations and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Process billing and payment transactions, ensuring accuracy in the handling of cash and card payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting is essential.
• Billing Knowledge: Familiarity with billing systems and handling cash transactions.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Malayalam, Arabic, and English to communicate effectively with customers.
• Visa Status: Must possess an 18 Shoun Ahli visa.
• Availability: Able to work from 12 PM to 11 PM.
