Rigging Supervisor, QC Inspector (Civil), Safety Engineer

A well-established civil construction company is looking for experienced professionals to fill the roles of Rigging Supervisor, QC Inspector – Civil, and Safety Engineer. Candidates must possess a transferable 18-number visa (project or company visa) and have relevant experience in their respective fields.

Duties:

• Rigging Supervisor:
  • Oversee and manage all rigging operations at the construction site.
  • Ensure that rigging equipment is used safely and according to project guidelines.
  • Supervise rigging crew and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Conduct inspections of rigging gear and ensure it meets safety standards.
• QC Inspector – Civil:
  • Perform quality control inspections of civil construction work, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Document and report any non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with site engineers to monitor project progress and maintain quality assurance procedures.
• Safety Engineer:
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide safety training to site personnel and ensure that all safety equipment is available and used correctly.

Requirements:

• Must have a transferable 18-number visa (project visa or company visa).
• Relevant experience in rigging supervision, civil quality control inspection, or safety engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and construction practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
