📢 Job Introduction
We are looking for a Safety Officer with 2-3 years of experience to ensure workplace health and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe working environment.
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards.
- Train employees on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Inspect work sites, machinery, and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, providing reports and recommendations.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and company management regarding safety matters.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of experience as a Safety Officer in an industrial or construction setting.
- Valid Visa 18 (Ahli/Factory only) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience in risk assessment and accident investigation.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.
