Job Introduction

A well-established Landscaping Company in Al Rai, Kuwait is looking for a Sales Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of retail sales experience in fashion, furniture, or electronics within Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, fluency in English, and a basic understanding of Arabic. Only locally available candidates with Visa 18 (Ahli) and ready for immediate joining are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of landscaping products and services.
• Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
• Assist in organizing product displays and maintaining store appearance.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience in fashion, furniture, or electronics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; basic Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Sales-driven with a customer-oriented approach.
• Must hold a Visa 18 (Ahli) – Transferable.
• Must be residing in Kuwait and available for immediate joining.
