As a Sales Associate for Lululemon, you will be the ultimate champion of customer service standards. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, ensuring an exceptional experience, and achieving sales targets through excellent product knowledge and service.
Duties:
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines. Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and experiences.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed set sales targets using creative strategies, while focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize in-depth product knowledge to enhance sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Store Standards: Maintain high store standards, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and timely replenishment of merchandise.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all store security policies and regulations to minimize stock loss.
- Advanced Selling Skills: Utilize advanced selling techniques to meet customer needs and generate high-value transactions, fostering repeat business.
- Cross-Brand Support: Recommend and help customers locate or obtain merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores if items are unavailable in-store.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Certificate is required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of industry experience in retail or a related field.
- Skills: Good communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
