We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Tires Division. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our field sales team by managing the entire sales process, from order entry to delivery coordination. Your efficiency and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure that operations run smoothly and customer satisfaction remains high.

Duties:

  • Order Processing:
    • Receive and process sales orders from the field team via phone, email, or messages.
    • Accurately input orders into the company’s system, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Invoicing:
    • Generate and dispatch accurate invoices to customers based on purchase orders.
    • Ensure all invoices include correct pricing, product details, and are delivered via the customers’ preferred channels.
  • Delivery Coordination:
    • Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to schedule and monitor product deliveries.
    • Ensure timely dispatch of products according to customer specifications and schedules.
  • Acknowledgment and Documentation:
    • Collect and maintain records of signed acknowledgments for delivered products and invoices.
    • Keep organized documentation of customer interactions, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Customer Account Management:
    • Maintain customer accounts by preparing statements of outstanding invoices.
    • Liaise with customers to confirm balances and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Discrepancy Resolution:
    • Retrieve and verify past invoices or records when discrepancies occur.
    • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve customer account issues promptly.
  • Billing Limit Management:
    • Monitor and manage customers’ billing limits, confirming with customers as necessary.
    • Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to adjust billing limits when required.
  • Stock Coordination:
    • Track stock availability across branches and coordinate product deliveries accordingly.
    • Ensure efficient stock movement with the help of the logistics team.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
