Towell Holding Company is actively seeking motivated individuals for the positions of Van Sales Representative and Sales Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for sales and a solid background in the salon and beauty product sector.
Duties:
- Conduct van sales to various clients, ensuring timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
- Supervise and coordinate sales activities within the team, ensuring targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with product information and support.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns to increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales role, preferably in the salon and beauty products industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
- Good knowledge of salon and beauty products.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: 300 KWD, commensurate with experience.
