Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury jewelry.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s revenue.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on jewelry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service.
- Ensure the showroom is presentable and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or jewelry sales experience is preferred.
- Passion for luxury goods and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
