2. Responsibilities
Salesman Responsibilities:

- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve favorable terms.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer documentation.
Marketing Officer Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content for various platforms to attract potential clients.
- Campaign Monitoring: Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients through social media, email, and other channels to promote services and respond to inquiries.
3. Qualifications
For Salesman:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- License: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a car.
- Visa Status: Transferable visa is required.
For Marketing Officer:
- Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Skills: Proficient in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Visa Status: Transferable visa is required.
