Job Description
The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electronic devices such as weighing scales, thermal printers, and POS systems. The candidate should be able to diagnose issues, provide technical support, and ensure that all equipment functions optimally.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair weighing scales, thermal printers, and POS systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of electronic devices
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Provide technical support to clients and end-users
- Maintain records of repairs and service requests
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in servicing electronic equipment
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, thermal printers, and weighing scales
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic devices
- Technical diploma or relevant certification (preferred)
- Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
