We are looking for a talented Shawarma Maker and Grill Chef to join our kitchen team in Reggai, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing shawarma and grilling techniques, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook shawarma and grilled dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner and maintain high quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shawarma Maker and/or Grill Chef.
- Strong knowledge of various grilling techniques and shawarma preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
