Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shipping Coordinator to oversee the logistics and transportation of goods for our company. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products from our warehouse to customers or other destinations. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle shipping inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the process.

Duties

• Coordinate and monitor the shipping of products, ensuring they are dispatched from the warehouse on time.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, following company policies and customer expectations.
• Address and resolve any shipment-related issues, such as delays, damages, or lost items.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints concerning shipping processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external vendors to facilitate smooth shipping activities.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding the status of shipments and any potential concerns.

Requirements

• Nationality: Arab nationals only.
• Experience: Must have experience in the logistics field.
• Availability: Able to join immediately.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Salary Range: 300-350 KD per month.
