Job Briefing:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to promote our brand, enhance audience engagement, and drive business growth.

Duties:

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to promote our products and services.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels, fostering positive interactions with our audience.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze social media trends, audience engagement metrics, and campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty and fashion industry trends to create relevant and timely content.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in social media content creation and marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices for social media platforms.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging social media campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing social media trends and audience engagement metrics to inform decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with beauty and fashion industry trends is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
