Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the café and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage and motivate the staff, ensuring high team performance and engagement.
- Drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and monitor financial performance.
- Supervise inventory management, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Handle cash management, POS operations, and reporting.
- Maintain a welcoming and high-quality guest experience.
- Implement promotions and marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize store efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Store Manager role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Proven experience in sales, budgeting, and revenue management.
✔ Knowledge of inventory control, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
✔ Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
