Job Introduction
We are looking for a Supervisor for Drivers and Vehicles to manage and oversee logistics operations, driver performance, and vehicle maintenance. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and proactive in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of courier services.
Candidates with Visa 18 (Transferable) and immediate availability will be given preference. This is a full-time position open to applicants of any nationality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise drivers and fleet operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor driver performance, fuel usage, and daily route schedules.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, licensing, and insurance.
- Provide training and guidance to drivers on best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in fleet management, driver supervision, or logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must have a transferable Visa 18 and be available for immediate joining.
