Job Description
The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth workflow in the FMCG company. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate team activities and daily operations
- Ensure productivity and efficiency in assigned departments
- Train, guide, and support team members for better performance
- Maintain inventory and stock control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Resolve operational issues and improve workflow processes
- Report to senior management on team performance and operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferably in FMCG)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of inventory management and workflow optimization
- Transferable Visa 18 required
