We are urgently hiring a Supervisor for an Exterior Paint Contracting Company in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in supervising villas and residential building projects, with strong industry knowledge in paint, construction, and interior decoration site supervision.

Responsibilities
- Supervise exterior paint projects for villas and residential buildings.
- Ensure project completion within specified timelines and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and transporting drivers.
- Oversee materials, tools, and workforce to ensure efficient execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the project management team for progress updates.
- Address on-site challenges and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Supervisor in residential construction projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of paint application, construction materials, and site supervision.
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead teams, manage drivers, and coordinate subcontractors.
- Nationality: Arabs only.
- Visa Type: Must hold a valid Visa 18 (Ahli).
- Driving License: Must have a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
