We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. Responsibilities
As a System Engineer, your key duties will include:
- Upgrading and enhancing the existing telecom network.
- Preparing technical reports, specifications, and contract documents to support project planning.
- Researching new technologies and assessing their potential for integration.
- Assisting in the planning, design, and expansion of transmission and access networks.
- Reviewing project documentation and managing correspondence.
- Monitoring and reporting on network performance for continuous improvements.
- Optimizing transmission and access networks to enhance efficiency.
- Conducting requirement analysis, configuration, integration, and testing for project implementations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Option 1:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Telecommunication/Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in system engineering, telecom, or a related field.
Option 2:
- Diploma in Computer/Electronics/Instrumentation/Telecommunication/Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in project management (survey, planning, budgeting, vendor and contract management).
- Strong expertise in network performance analysis and testing tools.
- Excellent communication and technical report drafting skills.
- Hands-on experience in large-scale telecom project deployment.
- Team management and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS-Project, MS-Visio, and other relevant tools.
