Job Introduction
A reputed travel agency in Kuwait is urgently seeking experienced Travel Consultants to join its team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Amadeus and hotel booking systems.
This is a commission-based role and requires a transferable 18 visa. Candidates from any nationality are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with flight, hotel, and travel package bookings.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and visa requirements.
- Handle reservations and ticketing using Amadeus and other travel software.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, promotions, and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consultancy.
- Proficiency in Amadeus and hotel booking systems.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language is an advantage).
- 18 Visa (transferable) is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
