Key Responsibilities

Cashier

• Greet and assist customers with order placement.
• Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system for billing and transactions.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with the delivery driver for timely deliveries.
• Maintain customer service standards and handle complaints professionally.

Delivery Driver

• Deliver cake orders to customers safely and on time.
• Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of cakes.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Assist in loading and unloading orders.
• Follow traffic and safety regulations while on duty.

Qualifications & Experience

• Cashier: Prior experience in cash handling, order management, or customer service (preferred).
