Job Introduction
A well-reputed educational institution in Kuwait is urgently seeking experienced Special Educators and Behavioral Therapists from India to join their team. If you have the required qualifications and a passion for working with children, this opportunity is for you.
Job Responsibilities
Special Educator
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide specialized instruction based on students’ learning abilities.
- Work closely with parents, teachers, and therapists to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and development.
Behavioral Therapist
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans.
- Work one-on-one or in group settings to modify challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to implement behavior management strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Special Educator: B.Ed. in Special Education.
- Behavioral Therapist: BCAT Certification is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
