Job Introduction
A leading company in Fahaheel, Kuwait is urgently looking for an experienced HSE & IADC Well Sharp Trainer. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the field, with a KOC gate pass being an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HSE and IADC Well Sharp training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) standards.
- Assess trainees’ understanding and skills in well control and safety.
- Develop training materials and presentations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE policies and procedures.
- Maintain records of training sessions and certification renewals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE & IADC Well Sharp Trainer.
- Certified in IADC Well Sharp Training.
- KOC gate pass is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and oilfield safety.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
