A leading company in Ahmadi, Kuwait, is urgently looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management within supermarkets or hypermarkets. This is a full-time position with company-provided food, accommodation, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
- Monitor stock movements, discrepancies, and damages.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy.
- Optimize storage space and stock arrangement for efficiency.
- Generate and maintain inventory reports for management review.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to manage inventory flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Inventory Controller in supermarkets or hypermarkets.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Residency: Valid Article 18 (transferable visa) required.
