A reputed company in Hawally, Kuwait, is urgently seeking a Female IT Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be able to join immediately.
Candidates should have expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up IT equipment, and providing first-level user support.
Only Arab nationals with a transferable Visa 18 will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Install and configure desktop computers, printers, IP phones, IPTVs, QMS systems, and other IT peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts, email accounts, and network access with appropriate security levels.
- Perform basic diagnostic testing and minor system repairs.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major IT issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of technical support activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
- Arab national (Female preferred).
- Transferable Visa 18 is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with troubleshooting printers, IP phones, and QMS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
