Job Responsibilities
Physiotherapists (Male & Female)
- Provide rehabilitation and therapy services for home care patients.
- Assess patient conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
- Assist in mobility training and pain management.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery techniques.
Nurse Supervisor (Female)
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff activities.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to medical protocols.
- Train and mentor junior nursing staff.
- Communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
General Nurses & Assistant Nurses (Male & Female)
- Provide direct patient care, including wound dressing, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist in daily patient activities such as hygiene and mobility.
- Document patient conditions and update medical records.
- Offer emotional support to patients and families.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant medical qualifications (Diploma/Degree in Nursing or Physiotherapy).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred (Freshers may apply for assistant nurse positions).
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid nursing/medical license (for international hires, licensing process will be guided).
- Ability to work in a home care environment with patients of different medical conditions.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
