A reputed home care medical company in Kuwait is seeking qualified healthcare professionals to join our team. We are hiring Physiotherapists (Male & Female), Nurse Supervisors (Female), General Nurses (Female), and BSc Nurses (Female).

Available Positions & Responsibilities
1. Physiotherapist (Male & Female)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients needing physiotherapy services.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide rehabilitation support and pain management therapy.
- Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques.
- Maintain patient records and progress reports.
2. Nurse Supervisor (Female)
- Oversee and manage a team of nurses.
- Ensure adherence to medical protocols and patient care standards.
- Train and mentor nursing staff.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient care and ensure quality service.
3. General Nurse (Female)
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications.
- Assist doctors with medical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare management.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
4. BSc Nurse (Female)
- Provide advanced nursing care and patient management.
- Assist in clinical procedures and treatments.
- Administer medications and IV therapy.
- Work closely with doctors and specialists.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- For Physiotherapists:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Experience in home healthcare is a plus.
- For Nurses:
- Valid nursing degree (Diploma or BSc).
- MOH (Ministry of Health) license or eligibility preferred.
- Experience in home care or clinical settings is an advantage.
- For Nurse Supervisors:
- Prior experience in nursing leadership roles.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- General Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait (for international candidates).
