Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality porottas (Malabar, Kerala-style, and other varieties) for catering services.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Assist in food preparation for large orders and catering events.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Porotta Master in a restaurant or catering setup.
- Visa 18 (Transferable) candidates only.
- Ability to handle large-scale food preparation.
- Strong knowledge of dough kneading, rolling, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet high-demand orders.
