Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store, providing excellent service and expert advice on gold and jewelry products.
- Drive sales and meet targets by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain product knowledge to educate customers about jewelry trends, quality, and value.
- Assist in merchandising, stock management, and store organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
- Build long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance overall store performance.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Minimum degree qualification required.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in jewelry, retail, or luxury goods).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Passion for the gold and jewelry industry.
- Indian candidates preferred.
