Responsibilities

✅ Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with KOC standards.
✅ Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits at work sites.
✅ Ensure compliance with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) safety regulations.
✅ Deliver HSE training sessions for employees and contractors.
✅ Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
✅ Develop and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records.

Qualifications

🔹 KOC Approval is mandatory.
🔹 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
🔹 Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and emergency procedures.
🔹 NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
🔹 Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
🔹 Ability to work independently and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
🔹 Transferable visa is required.
