Job Responsibilities
For Waiters
✔️ Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
✔️ Take food and beverage orders accurately.
✔️ Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
✔️ Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
✔️ Assist with billing and payment processing.
For Captains
✔️ Supervise waitstaff and ensure smooth operations.
✔️ Train new waiters and maintain service quality.
✔️ Handle customer complaints and ensure a great dining experience.
✔️ Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Preferred nationality: Indian, Nepalese.
✅ Valid transferable Article 18 visa (mandatory).
✅ Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
